"I started training with Gareth for the objective of walking up mountains. I did that with ease after several months of specific training. Despite having started training with sore knees and having been reliant on orthotics for many years.
I have long forgotten both the orthotics and the knee pain and have now moved onto general fitness. I now feel far stronger and fitter, more mobile and ready to take on any physical challenges. I had never trained before and I love it! If I get to the studio in a grumpy mood, it doesn’t last, I leave exhilarated and happy.
