I now have 25 years of experience in the health, fitness and wellbeing industries. In that time I've worked as an exercise physiologist for BUPA, a wellbeing consultant to Sussex Police & many years of personal training & class instruction both privately & at top health club chains such as David Lloyd, Nuffield Health & Central YMCA. I have a sport science degree & a post grad in biomechanics, along with many fitness industry qualifications; including GP referral and Cardiac Rehabilitation. I have also taught and assessed other personal trainers in various capacities for Fit Pro, David Lloyd and also my own business Pro Fitness Education.
My specialist areas of interest are:
exercise for illness & injuries | movement coaching & postural analysis | sports performance | nutrition & weight loss
I currently work from my own personal training studio; the home of Outfit Training, as well as training people in their homes or outside in the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs National Park.
