This is free & entirely without obligation. It’s a laid back, non-sales oriented chat that allows me to find out more about you, where you are at currently & where you want to go.
It allows you to meet me, ask any questions you may have & see whether what we offer feels like a good fit to help you achieve your goals. If it is, then great! We’re happy to help; it’s what we’re here for.
If it’s not a good fit for you, that’s not a problem & you won’t get any pressure from our end to sign up to something that you are not entirely comfortable with as that isn’t helpful!
We might even be able to signpost you on to more appropriate alternatives.

You don’t like the idea of a public gym and would prefer a space that’s private?
You want a well equipped training room all to yourself so you can maximise your training potential?
You like the sound of the above, but you want the cost savings of a monthly plan?
Pay for a month upfront, come as often as you like, make your own bookings.

You like the sound of the monthly fee, but you would like a check in each month?
Get 1 personal training session per calendar month included.
Can be used for whatever you want; health/fitness testing, fitness programme writing & review, etc.

Best suited to those who can’t commit to regular training for whatever reason
The easiest way to train one on one & with the least commitment
As above, but with a discount for paying for a block of 10 sessions in advance
Best suited to those who are committed to ongoing training, but require a high degree of flexibility in their scheduling
No contract, just pay in advance for the block of sessions & take them when you want to. No expiry dates!
The happy medium between value for money & flexibility
This is a commitment to a minimum of 2 PT sessions per week, paid in advance by standing order on the 1st of every month
Best suited to those who are motivated & can commit to regular training sessions
1 month’s cancellation notice, but unused sessions can be rolled over to the following month or gifted to friends & family (with limitations)
Offers the best value for money & these clients tend to achieve the best results! It’s simply that consistency achieves results; having committed in advance tends to keep you on the right track!
Also includes unlimited studio hire in the price, for any extra sessions you want to do on your own.
Small Group Training
The same personal training services as above, so please read the details there, but price adjusted as laid out below for different sized groups:
PT session: per person per hour
£45 each for individual sessions
£40 each for a block of 10 prepaid
£30 each for a monthly subscription of a minimum 2 PT sessions per week
